How to read it
A horizontal bar is a large wall in the order book: green to buy, red to sell. It runs for as long as the wall stood; the thicker and brighter, the more coins. The gear next to «Order book» picks which books to sum: Binance spot and futures (USDT and USDC), Coinbase, Kraken, Bitstamp. Hover a bar to see how many coins rest at that level on each exchange. On the right are individual whale orders resting right now: exchange, price, amount in coins and age.
A circle is one large market trade: all fills of one order within the same millisecond on one exchange, above the «Trades from» threshold. Green buys, red sells, size is the value. The tooltip shows the exchange, market, pair, amount in coins and price; the gear next to «Large trades» picks exchanges and markets.
Orders come from the live Binance (spot and futures), Coinbase, Kraken and Bitstamp books at the exact price; order history starts on 24.09.2026, the heatmap covers every day we collected. Trades: Binance, Bybit, OKX, MEXC, Coinbase, Kraken, Bitstamp.

Frequently asked questions
What are SEI whale orders?
Unusually large limit orders in the SEI spot order books of Binance, Coinbase, Kraken and Bitstamp. They show where big players are waiting to buy or sell.
What does it mean when a whale order is filled or canceled?
Filled means the market traded into the order and the size really changed hands. Canceled means it was pulled before price arrived, which can be a change of mind or spoofing.
How is this different from the order book heatmap?
The heatmap shows all liquidity over time. This page focuses on individual large orders and large trades, with what happened to each of them.
