What we collect, why, and how to delete it

This document describes what data the site in-crypto.app and its terminal process. It is written in plain language: if any wording seems ambiguous, read it in your favour and write to support@in-crypto.app.

1. What we collect

Without an account: anonymous technical request data — IP address, browser type, language, requested URL. This is needed to serve the site and to fend off automated attacks. With an account, additionally: your email address, a password hash (we do not store and cannot recover the password itself), your watchlists, saved chart layouts, indicator settings, portfolios and notification preferences.

2. What we do not collect

We do not ask for identity documents, phone numbers or payment details, and we have no access to your exchange accounts or API keys. The terminal does not connect to exchanges on your behalf and cannot place trades.

3. Why

Email — so you can sign in and receive the notifications you enabled yourself. Lists, layouts and settings — so they follow you to any device. Technical data — to operate and protect the site.

4. Cookies and local storage

We use a cookie for the sign-in session and browser local storage for interface preferences (theme, selected timeframe, drawing drafts). That is your browser's data: it does not reach us and is erased together with the site data. Analytics cookies (Yandex Metrica, Google Analytics) are enabled only after you agree in the banner on the site; they help us see which sections are useful. You can decline or change your choice at any time via the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of the page.

5. Who we share with

We never sell your data or pass it on for advertising. Data may be shared with the technical contractors without which the site cannot run: the hosting provider and the email delivery service used for notification emails. If a web analytics system is enabled on the site, it receives anonymised visit statistics.

6. Retention

Account data — for as long as the account exists. Technical logs — no longer than needed to investigate incidents.

7. Your rights

At any time you may request what data we hold about you, have it corrected, or delete your account together with all its content. Send the request from your account email to support@in-crypto.app.

8. Changes

If this document changes materially we will say so on the site. Continued use means acceptance of the new version.
