By using in-crypto.app and its terminal you accept the terms below. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

1. What we provide

Access to crypto market analytics: order book heatmaps, liquidation maps, indicators, a macro calendar and reference material. The service is provided “as is”.

2. Accounts

One person, one account. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done under your account. Sharing, reselling or jointly using access is not allowed.

3. What you must not do

Bulk-extract site data (scraping) beyond normal human browsing; resell our data; create load that interferes with the service; attempt to bypass access restrictions; reverse-engineer the closed parts of our calculations.

4. Content rights

Texts, design, calculation schemes and the data we collect belong to the project. Quoting with an active link to the source is welcome; wholesale copying is not.

5. Exchange data

We obtain quotes and order books from public exchange interfaces. We do not control their availability or accuracy. An outage on the exchange side is an outage on ours.

6. Limits of liability

This is an information service. We do not give investment advice and are not responsible for your trading decisions or losses — see the risk disclaimer. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation and are not liable for lost profit.

7. Paid features

Some capabilities require a subscription. Terms, pricing and refund rules are stated at the point of purchase.

8. Termination

We may restrict access if these terms are breached. You may delete your account at any time.

9. Changes

These terms may change; material changes are published on the site.
