Contacts

The main and fastest channel is email: support@in-crypto.app. Write in English or Russian — we reply in the same language.

Support and bug reports

If something is broken or a number looks implausible, include the page link, the coin and the timeframe. With those three things we can reproduce the problem immediately, without a back-and-forth.

Requesting order book collection for a new coin

The order book is heavy data, so we record it for a list of pairs rather than all of them. If the coin you need is missing, write to us — we will add it where collection makes sense (enough spot liquidity).

Questions about methodology

How a particular indicator is computed, where a number comes from — we answer on the merits and correct the methodology page when our wording turns out to be imprecise.
