US spot Bitcoin ETFs returned to inflows on Thursday, the first trading day of October, recording a net inflow of $102.7 million.

Total fund assets reached $109.3 billion

The total net asset value of spot Bitcoin ETFs rose to $109.3 billion, with cumulative net inflows reaching $57.6 billion. The previous day, the funds saw a net outflow of $148.7 million. The positive start to the month followed $6.34 billion in net inflows during the third quarter, including $2.65 billion in September. Over the quarter, Bitcoin gained 42.71%.

Ether and Solana saw outflows, XRP recorded inflows

On Thursday, US spot Ether ETFs posted a net outflow of $55.4 million, reducing cumulative inflows by about $118 million over three consecutive trading days. Solana ETFs saw outflows of around $6 million, extending the outflow streak to two sessions, while XRP ETFs attracted $4 million.

BTC around $85,900, sentiment index at 72

At the time of publication, Bitcoin was trading near $85,900, up 2.1% over the past 24 hours. The Crypto Fear & Greed Index fell to 72 from 74 the previous day, remaining in the "Greed" zone.
