The Wallet crypto wallet from The Open Platform has disappeared from the Telegram menu—the separate item under "My Profile" is no longer visible.

This change comes as Telegram launches its own non-custodial wallet, Gram Wallet. On August 31, Pavel Durov announced that the wallet is ready and is gradually becoming available to users.

Gram Wallet appears in beta interface versions

In beta versions of the messenger, Gram Wallet has already started to appear in the interface and may eventually replace the third-party Wallet. However, no official announcement has been made regarding a full replacement. Its presence in beta builds is confirmed by a report on Gram Wallet for macOS.

Wallet continues to operate as a separate app

Despite its removal from the settings menu, Wallet continues to function within Telegram as a separate application.
