Three Bitcoin Mining Centers and Three Data Centers

Uzbekistan is gearing up to build three large-scale Bitcoin mining centers and three data centers in Karakalpakstan, a region in the northwest of the country. The total investment for these six projects clocks in at $5.11 billion, according to Interfax.

Projects Already Underway

The head of the local parliament, Amanbay Orynbaev, says all six projects are already in the works and moving forward.
