The Trezor data breach just got way bigger: another 67,000 US customers have been affected. Personal info like names, emails, phone numbers, shipping addresses, and order numbers from 2019–2021 ended up exposed online. Previously, Trezor had said about 14,000 users were impacted.

What Happened?

This all traces back to a hack of logistics partner ShipMonk. According to Trezor, they’d repeatedly gotten written confirmation that ShipMonk had deleted user data, but the info was still sitting on their systems.

How Bad Is the Breach?

The leak hit US customers who placed orders between 2019 and 2021. Exposed data includes personal and contact details, shipping info, and order IDs.

User Risks

Trezor is warning about a higher risk of targeted phishing emails, scam calls, and even possible threats to customers' physical safety. If you own a Trezor, be extra careful with any emails or calls asking for personal info or account actions.
