Meme coin launchpad pump.fun just dropped two big updates to how their tokens work: they've rolled out a new Holder Rewards system and scrapped Cashback for any new launches.

Holder Rewards means you can now earn rewards just for holding tokens in your wallet. pump.fun hasn't shared the full details or payout parameters yet, so the specifics are still under wraps.

At the same time, pump.fun has removed the Cashback feature for new tokens. So if you're launching something new, the cashback option is no longer on the table.

What This Means for New Launches

Any new projects launching on pump.fun can now tap into the Holder Rewards system to incentivize holders. Cashback mode is officially disabled for all new tokens going forward.
