Russia Implements Rules and Opens Central Bank Registries on October 5

Starting Monday, October 5, rules for crypto exchanges and digital depositories come into force in Russia. At the same time, applications for inclusion in the relevant Central Bank registries will be accepted.

TOKEN2049 in Singapore — October 7–8

USA: PMI, Fed Minutes, and Jobless Claims

On October 5 at 16:45, S&P Services/Composite PMI (September) will be released, followed by ISM Non-Manufacturing PMI (September) at 17:00. On October 7 at 21:00, the minutes from the previous Federal Reserve meeting will be published. On October 8 at 15:30, Initial Jobless Claims will be released, and at 23:30, the Fed balance sheet.

China: No Trading October 5–7
