Bitget will gradually resume withdrawals according to its withdrawal reopening schedule: on September 28 at 11:00 MSK — BTC (Bitcoin network); September 29 at 11:00 — ETH (Ethereum, BSC, Arbitrum, Base, Optimism); September 30 at 11:00 — USDT (Ethereum, BSC, Solana, Tron); and from October 2 at 11:00 — all other tokens, fiat, and P2P.

Vulnerability Closed; User Balances Unaffected

The vulnerability has been identified and fixed; new unauthorized transfers are not possible. User balances were not impacted. A breach had previously occurred.

Mandiant and SlowMist Involved in Investigation

Mandiant and SlowMist have been engaged to investigate the incident. Bitget staff are conducting additional checks of the withdrawal infrastructure.

Trading and Deposits Active; Losses Covered by Protection Fund

Trading and deposits are operating as usual. Financial losses are covered by the Protection Fund. Users do not need to take any action — withdrawal access will appear automatically in the interface.
