A crypto enthusiast is developing a 3D game in which players search a massive landfill for James Howells' hard drive containing keys to 8,000 BTC.

The developer outlined plans for the project in a Reddit post.

In reality, Howells accidentally threw away the drive in 2013 and spent more than ten years trying to obtain permission to excavate the landfill. This story inspired the game's concept.
